Job Title: Digital (Email) Marketing Coordinator

Location: United States (Preferred local to Reston, VA- but open across the US)

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives across the Americas region. Your primary focus will be on email marketing—including campaign execution, automated nurture programs, landing page development, and lead generation. You’ll also provide secondary support for website content, helping to update web pages, publish marketing assets, and optimize digital content.

You’ll be part of the Americas Digital Marketing Hub, collaborating with marketing teams across a diverse range of business areas—Certification, Medical Device Services, Training, Software, Supply Chain Solutions, and Consulting—serving markets in the US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email campaigns using Pardot, including segmentation, setup, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring
  • Support marketing for campaigns, newsletters, webinars, events, and product/service promotions
  • Develop email strategies to drive engagement and generate qualified leads for sales
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize email templates for improved performance
  • Manage data imports and sync between Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Create landing pages, forms, redirects, and segmented lists in Pardot
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across the Americas

Secondary Responsibilities – Web Marketing (as needed)

  • Update website content to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment
  • Assist in writing, editing, and publishing web content and digital assets
  • Build landing pages, blogs, and assets to improve UX and conversion rates
  • Conduct UAT and monitor web analytics
  • Support SEO optimization and digital asset maintenance
  • Align web and email efforts with cross-functional teams

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years using marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns, including setup, deployment, and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (EpiServer or similar) for website content publishing
  • Understanding of responsive email design, HTML/CSS, and email deliverability best practices (e.g., DNS, DKIM, bounce types)
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills for email and web communications
  • Experience with SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Workfront preferred)
  • Exposure to digital asset management platforms
  • Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing trends
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations such as CASL and GDPR
  • Graphic design skills or aptitude is a plus
  • Background in creative writing is a plus
