Responsibilities
- Execute strategic ticket procurement during designated sales windows using specialized software platforms
- Make real-time purchasing decisions within established parameters while adapting to dynamic market conditions
- Manage and maintain comprehensive email databases for various event opportunities
- Process and coordinate artist pre-sale registrations and event access
- Handle data entry and organization with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate multiple email services and communication systems
- Monitor and capitalize on pre-sale opportunities across various venues and events
- Maintain organized documentation and systematic data management processes
- Support business growth initiatives through efficient administrative management
