Job Description

Take ownership of end-to-end Shopify operations for a dynamic online fashion retailer. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s e-commerce success, managing everything from product listings to order fulfillment. You’ll have the opportunity to implement and optimize operational processes while working with a diverse, international team. Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales performance through detailed reporting and analysis
  
• Create and optimize product listings on Shopify platform
  
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process
  
• Generate and process shipping labels through Shopify
  
• Monitor order status and proactively address delayed shipments
  
• Implement and maintain organizational systems for improved efficiency
  
• Review customer feedback and maintain detailed documentation
  
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare comprehensive reports
  
• Collaborate with team members across multiple languages and cultures
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Shopify store operations
  
• Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish (must be fluent in both)
  
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce order fulfillment
  
• Excellence in organizational and process management
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance
