This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 1 pm-5 pm; Wednesday, 8 am-6 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break on this day | Atlanta (Eastern Time Zone)
Paid hours per week: 20 hoursResponsibilities:
- Manage client communications via phone and email, including handling incoming calls, returning messages, and providing case status updates.
- Process and send pre-templated documents and correspondence using auto-population systems.
- Prepare, manage, and distribute client documents with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Execute general administrative tasks and provide support across additional business ventures as needed.
Requirements
Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with document management and processing
Ability to work independently and remotely
Professional phone manner and client service orientation
Comfort with learning and using various software systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Scope:
Remote work during EST business hours
Primary focus on law firm administration with flexibility to support other business ventures
Direct client interaction and communication
Independent work with direct management from firm leadership
