Job Description

This is a remarkable opportunity to earn significant income while making a positive environmental impact. You’ll be selling premium solar solutions to pre-qualified homeowners, with average deal values of $10,000 AUD. With a proven sales process, warm leads provided, and comprehensive support structure, you’ll have everything needed to succeed. Top performers regularly earn substantial commissions, with the potential for uncapped earnings in this growing industry.


Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads into satisfied solar energy customers
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and consultations
  • Guide customers through the solar solution selection process
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth closing process
  • Collaborate with installation teams for project handover
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience
  • Track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Solar industry experience preferred but not required
  • Excellence in remote communication
  • Strong closing abilities
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Alignment with Australian Central Time zone working hours
