This is a remote position.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Scheduling & Property Management assistant to support our team and provide support with scheduling and direct communication with property managers. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, highly organized, and experienced in customer service and administrative support.


Schedule:

Work days: Wednesday through Sunday (including weekends)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1 hour Unpaid Break (Must be willing to adjust schedule when needed)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling requests efficiently
  • Communicate with property managers and tenants in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion


Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, and administrative work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working independently and handling changing priorities
