Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving real estate business handling both rental and sales operations. You’ll manage a sophisticated rental portfolio while supporting the growth of a promising sales division. The role offers extensive exposure to real estate operations, document management, and client communications. Working remotely, you’ll handle everything from rental inquiries to transaction coordination, making you an essential part of the business’s success. This position is perfect for someone who excels at organization, enjoys working independently, and wants to grow within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage high-volume rental inquiries via email, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate rental application processing, including:
    • Organizing applicant documentation (pay stubs, bank statements)
    • Compiling complete application packages
    • Preparing presentation materials for ownership review
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for property viewings
  • Support sales operations through:
    • Transaction documentation management
    • Past client relationship maintenance
    • Social media content creation and posting
  • Handle email communications on behalf of the agent
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for both rental and sales documentation
  • Coordinate follow-up communications with past clients and prospects
  • Create and maintain systematic processes for document management and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • prior real estate assistant experience required
  • Working in New Jersey real estate experience is ideal
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in email management and standard office software
  • Experience in document preparation and digital file organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes preferred
  • Social media management experience
  • Professional written communication style
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Comfort with fully remote work environment
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation
