Join a growing property management company handling both short-term and long-term rentals as their dedicated Bookkeeper. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern property management systems while managing the financial aspects of a dynamic real estate portfolio. You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's growth trajectory. This position offers the potential for full-time hours and requires someone who can handle complex property management accounting with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping for both short-term and long-term rental properties
Handle financial transactions and records in multiple property management systems
Process and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
Work with RentVine for long-term rental accounting
Manage OwnerRez for short-term rental financial tracking
Maintain accurate financial records for the property portfolio
Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks
Property management bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn RentVine and OwnerRez systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to work independently and maintain organized records
English language proficiency
Direct reporting to property management leadership
Handle all bookkeeping aspects of the business
Flexible to grow with the company's needs
