About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom furniture projects. You'll be the key point of contact between our global manufacturing partners and our clients, ensuring that production timelines are met, problems are solved quickly, and communication is seamless. This role is perfect for someone with a background in engineering or project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of problems, and always keeps the client front of mind.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage production timelines across multiple projects, coordinating with overseas manufacturers
- Keep clients updated on project milestones, proactively flagging any delays or issues
- Solve problems as they arise with speed and creativity, especially when product issues impact delivery
- Own challenges from start to finish, taking initiative to prevent problems before they occur
- Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication with clients
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by being responsive and solutions-oriented
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline project flow and production logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Previous experience in project management, especially with international manufacturing or production
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple timelines
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Proactive mindset – you see problems before they happen and take action early
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Independent worker who thrives in remote environments and takes initiative
