This is a remote position.
Training Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time with 1-hour unpaid lunch break, 8hrs/day | 40hrs/week (schedules indicated in the contract may change depending on business needs).Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Guides’ booking related concerns. Coordinate with customers/guests pre and post trip (if needed)
- Contribute in creating unique contents and descriptions in the Guides’ profile and website.
- Contact Guides to welcome them on the platform, website, or new feature utilization and identify training opportunities.
- Train Guides on maximizing the company’s offered services and technology, in alignment with company True North Metrics
- Coordinate with and provide direction to guides for actions needed to connect 3rd party accounts
- Meet goals increasing count of guides on platform with websites
- Meet goals increasing guide product feature utilization
- Escalate Guide concerns/queries that are beyond your scope
- Coordinate and partner with the Success Ops, Service, Sales and Leadership team
- Extract and prepare leads and leads reports for the Sales Team.
- Contribute to process improvement through suggestions, analytics and/or feedback
- Contribute data to reports that represent productivity, projects progress and goal achievement
- Prioritize and muti-task on deliverables based on Supervisor/Client directives
- Contribute to training future members of the team on processes
- Attend and participate in group/company meetings and learning sessions as prescribed by the General Manager and/or the Executive team.
- Any additional related tasks as approved and communicated by the General Manager, Clients and/or the Executive team.
