Job Title: Onboarding Support Specialist
Location:Remote (Must be available to work Eastern Time zone)Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time (1-hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
- Gather and manage client credentials
- Obtain and verify vendor access permissions
- Set up two-factor authentication systems
- Configure password management in Bitwarden
- Test and verify client access systems
- Assist with credential testing and validation
- Support smooth client acquisition process
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience with credential management systems
- MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Professional English communication skills
- Understanding of security protocols
- Familiarity with password management tools
