You will be directly involved in drafting legal motions, conducting substantive legal research, and preparing sophisticated legal documentation. Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal motions and documents with precision and accuracy
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law to support legal arguments
Manage professional client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, video calls)
Process and organize legal documents while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
Support case management through detailed documentation and organized file maintenance
Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters
Maintain accurate time tracking and adhere to a consistent work schedule
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Legal education or equivalent experience at the law student or early-career attorney level
Strong foundation in U.S. legal processes and terminology
Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and document preparation
Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in legal document drafting preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal software
Strong analytical and legal research capabilities
Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures
Must provide writing samples of prior legal work
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy standards
