Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive's inbox and email communications
- Action and prioritize tasks derived from email communications
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending items and commitments
- Coordinate and manage task lists through shared documentation
- Track and manage action items through Microsoft SharePoint
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Participate in ongoing communication via Microsoft Teams
- Support calendar management and coordination
- Take meeting minutes and maintain records
- Potentially expand into creating quotes and operational support tasks as the role develops
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum 25 MBPS stable internet connection
- Experience with remote work tools (Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp)
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
- Filipino-based for timezone alignment with Australian business hours
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
Scope:

- Working hours aligned with Australian Eastern Time (2-hour difference)
