Responsibilities
- Process employment verification requests through specialized database systems
- Review and validate candidate employment documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Compose professional emails using established templates to contact employer representatives
- Execute systematic follow-up protocols with employers (up to 5 attempts) to ensure thorough verification
- Maintain detailed records of verification attempts and outcomes
- Track and monitor verification deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Document verification results with precision in the client’s database
- Collaborate with team members to optimize verification processes
- Potential to expand into additional verification types and administrative responsibilities
