Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the digital marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding decorative events company. You’ll work directly with the business owners to shape and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across multiple channels, from social media management to pioneering their Google Ads presence. This role offers the perfect blend of day-to-day creative content management and strategic campaign development, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s digital presence and growth trajectory. As the dedicated marketing specialist, you’ll have the autonomy to implement new ideas while working with a supportive leadership team that values innovation and results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram
- Pioneer and manage the company’s first Google Ads campaigns
- Create and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
- Design and implement monthly email marketing initiatives
- Coordinate direct mail marketing campaigns for business development
- Craft engaging social media content with daily posting schedule
- Develop and execute seasonal promotional campaigns
- Create and track promotional offers and discount codes
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Collaborate directly with business owners on marketing strategy
- Manage marketing initiatives across multiple market regions
Requirements
- Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
- Strong experience with email marketing campaign development
- Practical knowledge of direct mail marketing strategies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong independent work capabilities
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Creative design skills for marketing materials and social content
- Ability to work Central Time (Texas) business hours
- Minimum 20 hours per week availability
