Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in a remote capacity. In this role, you’ll manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms while working directly with clients to drive their marketing success. This position offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and client relationship management, allowing you to leverage your digital marketing skills while developing strong professional relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to manage campaigns independently while receiving support from an established agency infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Create compelling ad copy and marketing content that drives engagement
- Manage client communication and campaign updates using company email
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and implement effective strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in client-facing roles and professional email communication
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Availability during Australian business hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
