JOB TITLE: Marketing & Ad Campaign Manager
Overview
We’re looking for aproactive, data-driven marketing professionalto manage and optimize our digital and offline advertising efforts. You will take full ownership of our Google Ads account (already set up), audit and refine its performance, and advise on campaign strategy across platforms including Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and potentially traditional outlets like billboards, Hulu, and Spotify.
Your primary KPI:Drive foot traffic and in-person visitsto our restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Digital Campaign Optimization
- Audit our existing Google Ads account and improve targeting, bidding, and copy to increase store visits.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion tracking, location extensions, etc.) and report weekly.
- Set up and optimize local campaigns (e.g., “Near Me” restaurant searches) to boost visibility on Google Maps and Search.
- Advise on appropriate budgets by platform and campaign goal.
Cross-Platform Ad Management
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Track performance through Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools, adjusting strategy in real-time.
- Coordinate with internal team on creatives needed (copy, images, video).
Content Strategy & Coordination
- Translate campaign data into actionable direction: tell uswhat kind of video, photo, or storywe should create to improve ad engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends and help us create compelling offers, events, and hooks for the campaigns.
Offline Marketing Exploration
- Identify high-ROI local marketing opportunities such as:
- Billboards, bench ads, and local magazine placements
- Hulu, YouTube TV, or podcast ad placements
- Event sponsorships or guerrilla marketing
- Create a short monthly pitch deck of ad ideas with estimated cost and potential impact.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly performance dashboards with clear KPIs.
- Coordinate with the ownership and store managers to align campaigns with upcoming promotions or store events.
- Lead monthly strategy meetings via video.
Requirements
- Strong English skills, knowing Spanish as well is a plus.
- Proven experience running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience with local SEO and location-based digital marketing
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and/or other attribution platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability — must turn data into clear action plans
- Ability to self-direct and bring marketing ideas to the table, not just execute orders
- Experience in food, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with offline ad channels (OOH, radio, streaming) a strong bonus
