We’re seeking a talented Email & Web Development Specialist to join our client’s dynamic digital production team. In this role, you’ll craft pixel-perfect email campaigns and web banners for major brands while working within a modern development ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with award-winning creative teams and utilize industry-leading frameworks and tools to deliver high-quality digital marketing assets. This position offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and creative implementation, allowing you to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns while working within an established and efficient development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Transform creative designs into responsive HTML email templates using the MJML framework
  
• Develop and optimize web banners according to brand specifications
  
• Convert designer-provided PSD files into production-ready digital assets
  
• Implement comprehensive email testing protocols using Litmus
  
• Manage code versions and maintain repository integrity through Git
  
• Process and optimize images for optimal digital delivery
  
• Upload and verify assets in various Email Service Provider platforms
  
• Track progress and maintain documentation through Jira
  
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure perfect execution
  
• Follow and maintain established coding standards and best practices
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with MJML framework and HTML email development
  
• Strong understanding of email client compatibility and responsive design principles
  
• Proficiency in working with version control systems, particularly Git
  
• Experience with Jira ticket management and workflow
  
• Familiarity with Litmus or similar email testing platforms
  
• Ability to work efficiently with PSD files and extract assets
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  
• Experience with image optimization and web performance best practices
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  
• Background in working with established development workflows and processes
