Job Description

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive email management and correspondence handling
- Process and manage patient appointments using user-friendly EMR systems
- Handle invoicing and basic accounting procedures with attention to detail
- Implement established client onboarding protocols
- Manage and optimize social media presence using provided templates and content
- Format and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of pre-written content strategy
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
- Track and report on administrative and social media metrics
- Coordinate with practice owner on workflow optimizations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive medical information
Requirements
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in any industry
- Demonstrated proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Experience with basic accounting and invoicing processes
- Proven ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Comfort with learning new software systems
- Proficiency in standard office and productivity tools
- Experience in healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
