Take ownership of a strategic professional job search initiative, managing comprehensive LinkedIn-based application processes for senior-level positions. This role offers unique exposure to executive-level job search strategies while providing crucial support in navigating complex professional opportunities. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, managing a high-volume application process while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive job application strategies through LinkedIn, targeting 70-100 quality applications weekly
- Manage and process applications for pre-curated professional opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of application submissions and status updates
- Input and verify professional credentials and information across multiple platforms
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership via WhatsApp for real-time guidance and updates
- Monitor application progress and maintain organized documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications
- Support optimization of application strategies based on response patterns
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn platform and professional networking tools
- Demonstrated experience in data entry and information management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in high-volume work
- Professional communication style and business etiquette
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and modern computer setup
- Ability to work night shift hours (aligned with US Mountain Time)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience with WhatsApp business communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
