Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM MNL
1-hour unpaid break

Company/client overview: The client runs an import-export trucking and warehousing business.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous customer support coverage
- Assist with processing and tracking shipments, providing updates to customers as needed
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent for clear phone interactions
- Basic knowledge of various vehicle types (cars, trucks, etc.) and transport terminology
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
- Proficiency in using customer service software or trucking dispatch software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
