• 40 paid hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Loveland, Colorado, USA, Mountain Time with one hour unpaid break (8 hours per day)

Job Description

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to join our dynamic customer service team. This role offers the unique opportunity to support multiple premium food brands while working directly with our US-based team. You’ll handle diverse customer interactions across both consumer and business channels, contributing to our reputation for exceptional service. This position provides excellent exposure to various aspects of the food industry while developing comprehensive customer service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple brands
  
• Handle customer communications through various channels (email, phone, chat)
  
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and inquiries
  
• Provide product information and support to both retail and business customers
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues
  
• Support both B2C and B2B customer relationships
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous customer service experience required
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Ability to work US Mountain Time zone hours
  
• Experience with customer service software and tools
  
• Professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities
  
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  
• Food industry experience preferred but not required
