Content & Account Manager (ZR_22971_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday from 1pm to 5pm London UK
Timezone: BST (London, UK)

Responsibilities:

  • Format and order content briefs for the editorial team

  • Maintain work tracking and delivered content in Google Sheets

  • Manage project workflows and task assignments in Trello

  • Coordinate content delivery through Slack

  • Process and assign revision comments in Trello

  • Act as primary liaison between clients and editorial team

  • Facilitate client and writer communication through Slack

  • Track word counts in Trello cards and Google Sheets

  • Monitor and manage project deadlines

  • Follow up proactively for project updates when needed



Requirements

  • Native or fluent English speaking ability

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills for client and team interaction

  • Proficiency in Trello, Slack, and Google Sheets

  • Ability to work specified hours: 8-9am, 12-1pm, and 4-5pm BST (London time)

  • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Familiarity with content writing workflows

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

  • Professional and proactive communication style
