Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential B2B prospects across international markets
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using advanced research techniques and professional platforms
- Execute strategic lead generation campaigns to create qualified prospect pipelines
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers at various organizational levels within target companies
- Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to research prospects and establish initial connections
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients effectively
- Conduct initial outreach calls to international prospects to qualify interest and fit
- Facilitate seamless introductions between qualified prospects and senior leadership team
- Maintain detailed prospect records and interaction history using Google Sheets and Excel
- Systematically progress through prospect lists, moving to new opportunities after successful connections
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing to corporate clients with demonstrated success
- Strong background in lead generation, prospect research, and pipeline development
- Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional prospecting and relationship building
- Experience conducting sales outreach to international markets, particularly the US, Germany, and Netherlands
- Excellent English communication skills for effective international business communication
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
- Experience with email marketing campaigns, follow-up sequences, and nurture strategies
- Self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage independent prospect pipelines
- Adaptability to work with international time zones and cultural considerations
