We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-savvy Brand and Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth and digital presence of two complementary brands—one rooted in modern sustainability, the other in classic luxury. This unique role requires someone who can build and execute distinct brand strategies while leveraging a shared operational backbone.
As the Brand and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive content creation, manage and grow our social media presence, oversee Shopify websites, and implement a data-led marketing strategy to build awareness, engagement, and conversions across both brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Development
- Define and maintain two clear, differentiated brand identities.
- Develop and execute brand messaging, visual guidelines, and content that resonates with each target audience.
- Ensure all marketing touchpoints reflect the values and aesthetics of each brand.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Create and manage engaging, high-performing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Build tailored social campaigns for each brand, including paid media, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and performance to adapt strategies accordingly.
3. Website Management
- Oversee and optimize Shopify websites with dedicated landing pages for each brand.
- Implement best practices in UX/UI to drive conversions, with strong CTAs and seamless checkout experiences.
- Collaborate with design and development teams (or manage freelancers) to ensure smooth implementation of updates.
4. Analytics & Optimization
- Set up and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, etc.) to track performance metrics across all channels.
- Analyze data to inform ongoing marketing decisions and campaign improvements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on traffic, engagement, sales, and ROI.
Requirements
Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategy (especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
Experience managing or building Shopify websites, including landing page creation and CRO.
Strong eye for design and storytelling, with an ability to tailor aesthetics and messaging to different brand voices.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Experience managing paid advertising and influencer campaigns is a plus.
