Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can maintain precise financial records while adapting to our innovative technology stack. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  
• Process accounts payable and receivable with high attention to detail
  
• Reconcile financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
  
• Work with our specialized operational software (Guerilla Desk) for billing integration
  
• Generate and review financial reports
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
  
• Strong bookkeeping background with excellent attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy
  
• Professional English communication skills
  
• Available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
  
• Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new software systems
