- 3 hours a day within 9am to 5pm Central Time, the rest is flexible

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations using QuickBooks and modern accounting platforms
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Collaborate with management to streamline financial processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and modern accounting software
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated bookkeeping experience in a professional environment
- Excellence in organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Available within US Central Time zone hours
