Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM- 7 PM (CST) includes 1h unpaid break.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while providing crucial insights into inventory management and cost controls. This position offers the unique opportunity to directly impact business performance through proactive financial monitoring and reporting. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure optimal resource utilization and help drive strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Scope:
40 hours per week
Direct reporting to business management team
Access to company financial systems including Quickbooks, POS, and Marketman
Regular interaction with management team for reporting and updates
Working during US Central Time business hours
Remote position with video communication requirements
Responsibilities:
Record and categorize all financial transactions in Quickbooks
Perform weekly monitoring of cost thresholds and alert management when exceeded
Track and analyze inventory levels using Marketman system
Monitor inventory burn rates against sales performance
Identify and report trends in inventory usage versus sales
Provide proactive notifications to management team about financial and inventory concerns
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Generate and analyze weekly financial performance metrics
Compare historical data to identify trends in labor costs and other expenses
Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions
Requirements
Quickbooks certification required
Strong proficiency in financial record keeping and bookkeeping
Experience with inventory management systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and proactively
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with POS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
