Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients, leveraging our innovative technology platform to connect with decision-makers across the US market. You’ll work directly with senior team members and play a vital role in driving company growth through strategic outbound campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling campaigns
  • Utilize cutting-edge proprietary technology to maximize outreach efficiency
  • Schedule qualified appointments with potential clients for senior sales team members
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets
  • Provide valuable market feedback to help refine outreach strategies
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven sales experience in B2B environments
  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting and cold calling
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
  • Experience selling to US markets preferred
