Job Description
We’reseeking a skilledAppointmentSetting& Lead Development Specialist to join our client’s virtual team. In this role,you’ll be instrumental in nurturing valuableleadsandconvertingpropertyowners into long-term clients. Working with state-of-the-art automated systems and digital tools,you’ll manage the entire lead qualification andappointment-settingprocess. Responsibilities
- Engage with and nurture qualifiedleadsfrommultipleestablished lead sources
- Execute strategic follow-up campaigns to warm up coldleadsand drive conversions
- Conduct professional phone consultations withpropertyowners to understand their needs
- Set and managequalityappointmentsfor variousservicelinesincludingpropertymanagement, vacation rentals, and HOA services
- Guide prospects through automated document signing processes using JotForm and other digital tools
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
- Achieve monthlyappointmentsettingand conversion targets
- Collaborate virtually with themanagementteam to optimize lead conversion strategies
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Proven track record inappointmentsetting, lead nurturing, or sales development
- Experience with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships virtually
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Propertymanagementor real estate industry experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
