Job Description
Take ownership of an exciting dual role combining strategic lead generation and direct client engagement. You’ll leverage the powerful Apollo platform to identify and connect with businesses seeking digital transformation solutions. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical research and relationship building, as you’ll be responsible for both discovering high-potential prospects and engaging them through professional outreach. Working directly with decision-makers, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth while representing an innovative technology firm. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic lead research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo platform
- Develop and maintain a high-quality database of potential clients interested in digital solutions
- Execute professional outbound calls to connect with decision-makers
- Identify and qualify business opportunities for website development, mobile apps, and mapping solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments with promising prospects
- Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities and lead status
- Generate regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting metrics
- Collaborate with management to refine targeting and outreach strategies
- Manage time effectively to achieve daily and weekly objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience with Apollo or similar lead generation platforms
- Demonstrated success in B2B appointment setting or sales development
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone manner with confident presentation skills
- Available to work New Zealand business hours
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prospects
- Basic understanding of digital services and technology solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and data management
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Filipino resident able to work remotely
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and time management skills
