This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid breakKey Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a central “GPT Control Room” in Google Sheets or Notion
- Create and optimise prompt libraries for multiple AI use cases
- Automate workflows across Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools
- Set up data feedback loops and reporting dashboards
- Ensure GDPR-safe handling of attendee/sponsor data
- Translate business use cases into structured GPT workflows
- Build and version prompts using best practices (including memory, tone, formatting)
- Create dashboards to track agent usage, performance, and feedback
- Automate tasks using Google Sheets (Apps Script/Zapier/Make integrations)
- Document processes and handover guides clearly
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with GPTs / ChatGPT / OpenAI API
- Strong workflow design and automation (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace)
- Strong spreadsheet fluency (Google Sheets, basic scripting, formatting, dashboards)
- Experience working in SaaS, events, media, or B2B lead generation environments
- Understanding of GDPR principles (especially with enrichment/data capture)
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Airtable would be a bonus
