Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives, managing critical business relationships, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with company leadership in weekly strategic planning sessions
  • Drive project success through proactive planning and coordination
  • Conduct valuable market research on potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain comprehensive customer relationship databases
  • Implement and manage efficient follow-up systems for key business initiatives
  • Create and maintain organizational systems to enhance business efficiency
  • Provide crucial support for time-sensitive business operations
  • Contribute to the company’s growth through various administrative initiatives


Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceptional organizational abilities and time management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong capability in database management and conducting thorough research
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail in all tasks
  • Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work independently
  • Experience with modern project management and productivity tools
  • Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to commit to 10-15 hours per week minimum
  • Flexibility to attend weekly planning meetings
