You'll work independently in a flexible, remote environment while playing a crucial part in maintaining project momentum and quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Format reports and presentation templates using tools like Google Slides. The content of the report is supplied by the client.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms.
  • Prepare simple sales invoices, contracts, and other documents.
  • Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and other databases.
  • Basic coordination with other departments on simple tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Requirements
  • English proficiency
  • Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
