Responsibilities
- Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
- Format reports and presentation templates using tools like Google Slides. The content of the report is supplied by the client.
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms.
- Prepare simple sales invoices, contracts, and other documents.
- Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and other databases.
- Basic coordination with other departments on simple tasks.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- English proficiency
- Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
