Job Description

Step into an exciting dual-role position where you’ll be the essential link between our clients and operations team. Responsibilities
  • Manage client bookings and coordinate service appointments with precision and care
  • Oversee calendar management and meeting coordination for leadership team
  • Create and maintain employee schedules and timetables to ensure optimal coverage
  • Handle comprehensive administrative tasks and backend office operations
  • Engage directly with clients to provide quotes, service information, and support
  • Resolve client concerns and conflicts with a positive, solution-focused approach
  • Manage inbound client calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients, management, and field staff

Requirements

  • Bubbly, outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication abilities and confident phone presence
  • Natural sales aptitude and talent for building lasting client relationships
  • Proven conflict resolution and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
