- Create and maintain employee schedules and timetables to ensure optimal coverage
- Handle comprehensive administrative tasks and backend office operations
- Engage directly with clients to provide quotes, service information, and support
- Resolve client concerns and conflicts with a positive, solution-focused approach
- Manage inbound client calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients, management, and field staff
