Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week Sunday - Friday. Flexible timezone (CST preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive organizational systems using modern tools like Notion
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendar scheduling across multiple work streams
  • Develop and maintain weekly planning outlines to ensure optimal time management
  • Process and organize email communications efficiently
  • Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
  • Track and manage deadlines across various projects and commitments
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Provide proactive administrative support to ensure smooth operation of all business activities


Requirements


  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern productivity tools including Notion, Google Calendar, and email management systems
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and ability to leverage them effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and proactively
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Availability for 20 hours per week with consistent schedule
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities
