The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in building technical documentation and a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals. They will work independently to own the documentation roadmap for assigned products and collaborate with the Product Managers, Design team, and Engineering team to build documentation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
- 3-7 years of experience in building technical developer documentation in technology companies
- Sound knowledge of version control tools like Git, software development lifecycle, DevOps tools
- Comfortable with IDEs (VSCode), APIs, and programming language (any) to understand the concepts and convert to user-understandable formats
- Can read and understand code in any one language. Should be able to use tools like Google to translate code into other languages
- Has working experience with Markdown
- Impeccable writing and editing skills
