We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a critical project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Interaction, ITSM, SAM, and HAM modules. This role requires an individual who can quickly integrate into the team and contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Work on modules including Interaction, ITSM (IT Service Management), SAM (Software Asset Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
- Translate user stories into functional and technical requirements.
- Implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and meet business requirements.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure that all ServiceNow configurations and developments comply with industry best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, REST, SOAP).
- Ability to understand and interpret user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to start the project.
- Working within France time zone (CET)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience in agile development environments.
- Familiarity with ITOM (IT Operations Management).
