As a key member of the organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Workday Extend, developing and maintaining custom Workday extend applications, and working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday Extend
- Strong technical skills, including demonstrated experience with Workday Extend
- Experience knowledge of XML,XSLT,Web Services,SOAP,REST,JSON,Javascript and other integration technologies.
- Experience on EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices and other integration tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
