The Director of Development will partner with the Executive Director and Development Committee to implement and manage fundraising strategies through various sources, including individual gifts, events, and grants.
Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years of relevant fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong database management skills; experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Thrive in a highly collaborative environment; excited to engage with various stakeholders, including staff, volunteers and committee members
- Strong time management, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Experience working with volunteer boards a plus
- Experience with Jewish philanthropy is a plus
