DevOps Specialist (LATAM)

We’re now looking for a DevOps Specialist to help keep that mission running fast and secure. Reporting directly to our Chief Information Security Officer, you’ll work closely with engineering teams to optimize deployments, boost automation, and support new product rollouts across our cloud environments. What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS and GCP
• Administer and secure Linux-based servers — including updates, patches, and audits
• Drive automation using Ansible, Bash, Python
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and prevent service interruptions
• Maintain uptime and minimize risks across mission-critical environments
• Provide support during incidents and production emergencies
• Assist with CI/CD efforts using Jenkins and SaaS tools like GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with development teams to release new products smoothly
• Offer technical support to internal teams to keep operations running flawlessly

• 3+ years of proven experience working with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• 1+ year of experience in security-related responsibilities
• Proven experience with microservices and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong background in infrastructure automation, IT security, CI/CD, Python, and IaC (Terraform)
• Advanced English level
• Cybersecurity or Cloud certifications are a plus!
