What We Are Looking For
A CapCut + Canva editor who can produce high-performing ad creatives and short-form videos - quickly and with intention. You will work closely with our copywriter and media buyers to create content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
This is a serious role - not a side hustle. You must be fast, reliable, and able to think like a marketer, not just a designerWhat You Will Be Doing
- Editing scroll-stopping short-form videos using CapCut
- Designing clean, on-brand static creatives
- Collaborating with the copywriter and media team on ad campaigns
- Producing content within 3045 minutes per asset
- Following brand direction, improving based on feedback, and staying responsive
- Communicating actively, updating progress, and suggesting solutions
Who You Need to Be
- Pro at CapCut and Canva or other require tools
- Able to edit one full asset (video or graphic) in under 45 minutes without compromising quality
- Sharp, fast, and dependable - you solve problems, not create them
- Excellent communicator - responsive, responsible, and clear
- Team-first mindset - you are here to help the business grow, not just complete tasks
- Comfortable in a feedback-driven, high-volume creative workflow
What We Do Not Want
- Anyone who takes 6 hours for a basic video
- Quiet or passive teammates who need chasing
- Template-only editors with no creativity or visual judgment
- People who treat this role casually we need serious contributors
