The Role:

Position Summary

The Software Implementation Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration, configuration, and deployment of Brado software solutions for our clients. They collaborate closely with the sales, development, and support teams. They are responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring software systems, and providing technical guidance throughout the implementation process. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Client Engagement:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process to provide technical expertise and support product demonstrations.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

2. Solution Design and Configuration:

  • Analyze client requirements and design customized software solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Configure and customize software applications based on client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

3. Implementation and Deployment:

  • Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services.
  • Lead the implementation of software solutions, managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Install, configure, and test software applications in client environments, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Provide training and support to client stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of the software.

4. Testing, Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from clients during and after the implementation phase.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating to the development team when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Familiarity deploying with-in public cloud providers such as Azure.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, integration, or deployment roles with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience working microservices architecture and Container Orchestration services including Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB).
  • Experience working on an agile team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise software solutions or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Ticketing / Project management solutions such as Jira and Monday
