Job Description:

The Business Analyst / Project Coordinator will support the Growth team, specifically the VP of Market Performance in executing critical business initiatives, focusing on the reintegration of acquired locations and optimization. This role serves as a bridge between data analysis and project execution, providing the necessary reporting and coordination to ensure workstreams meet their strategic objectives and the shops return to profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators across various workstreams, including DRP activation, sales gap analysis, and store-level operational metrics.

  • Workbook Management: Maintain and update complex project workbooks that track budget data against actual performance metrics to identify and bridge gaps as well as update action plans.

  • Trend Analysis: Utilize tools like DOMO and CCC to perform trend analysis on client scores and operational performance and help identify trends and interventions.

  • Sales Support: Assist in identifying revenue gaps and work with the sales team on priority markets to ensure business case/budget alignment and achieve same store sales growth.

Project Coordination

  • Provide administrative and analytical support for the reintegration effort of shops currently underperforming against their business cases.

  • Workstream Assistance: Coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams including DRP Activation, Sales Strategy, Client Performance, and Operational Excellence.

  • Meeting Management: Assist in scheduling and preparing agendas for cross-functional meetings with leadership, sales, and operations teams.

  • Documentation: Ensure that playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client improvement and market performance initiatives are properly documented and maintained.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an analyst or project support role, preferably within a large, multi-site organization.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc).

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization platforms and BI tools like DOMO.

    • Experience with project management software is a plus.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across diverse internal teams.

  • Adaptability: Capability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting to ensure sound business decision-making.

Compensation Details:

Expected Pay Range:

$90,000 - $110,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
