Your tasks
As a Project Manager Working Student at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support with managing training concepts and material, e.g. (update, research, translate, and design using tools like Miro and Canva)
- Support the team with the preparation of customer meetings (preparing slides & research
- Prepare briefing documentation for managing the external trainers
- Handle customer and user care processes (support tickets and workshop facilitation support)
- Collaborate proactively with the product team to identify and manage improvement opportunities
- Be part of and support the implementation of a new LMS system for our Learners
Your profile
- Ready to accept this challenge minimum for the next 6 months and available 20 hours a week ( the more the better :) )
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Human Resources/IT or similar
- Demonstrate relevant internship experience in consulting/IT/B2B Startup
- Currently an enrolled Master’s student in a relevant field (Business/ Management)
- Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Passionate and curious for agile and innovative ways of designing and managing upskilling initiatives
- Experienced in building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) and communicating professionally with enterprise clients
- Have interest in technology and fundamental knowledge in Business Process Automation and AI
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to navigate complexity
