About the role:

As the Senior Manager within the Intelligent Automation team at Boston Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in leading a global team of project managers and business analysts. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Global Business Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of automation, data visualizations, and GenAI solutions across the enterprise. This strategic position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects, fostering innovation, and driving transformative initiatives within a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Intelligent Automation CoE in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a diverse team of global project managers and business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources necessary to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that automation, data visualizations, and GenAI solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other relevant departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the Intelligent Automation CoE and business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into the Intelligent Automation CoE's strategy.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and deliver greater value to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading global teams, with a focus on automation, data visualizations, or GenAI solutions.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong project management and delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with intelligent automation technologies and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
