Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate engineering programmes and platform initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will ensure that technical workstreams progress efficiently, dependencies are managed effectively, and stakeholders remain aligned on objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
• Proven experience working with engineering teams, technical leads, and architects
• Strong technical literacy and ability to engage meaningfully in discussions involving architecture, integrations, and system behaviour
• Ability to manage large, complex technical programmes with multiple dependencies
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Proactive mindset with a solutions-focused attitude
• Fluent in English
