Manager Data Engineering

We are seeking a Manager-level Data Engineer to lead a high-impact project for a global hotel brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, proven experience in cloud-based data architecture, and the leadership skills to guide a small team and manage complex client dynamics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Databricks
• Experience building and maintaining cloud-based data solutions (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing contexts
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
