Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our insurance policies, addressing any questions or objections the customer may have.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage customers to purchase insurance policies.
• Close sales by effectively summarizing the benefits of the chosen insurance plan and guiding the customer through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Requirements

• Proven track record in insurance sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission based on sales performance.
