BizzyCar is looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have an outgoing personality and be comfortable talking to prospective customers on the phone, email, and text. You will use your communication skills to cultivate relationships with customers, from first contact until you set up the meeting and assist our Account Executives in closing a deal. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you!

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. This is a great stepping stone to a high paying account executive role within BizzyCar!

Responsibilities

  • Cold call, prospecting via the phone, email, and social media
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients (car dealers and car dealerships)
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • Zero experience needed. We will train you if you have the right attitude and motivation and want to succeed!
  • Additional consideration will be give to candidates with proven work experience as a Business or Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM software is not required, but preferred (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field will be given additional consideration
